Forest rebuilding trees tractors agriculture and plants

The new generation JCB Fastrac aims to change the way agriculture is done. Customers need to achieve higher productivity and better performance, led to the development of new generation of JCB Fastrac tractors

Begin production in 1991 Fastrac tractor series 100, in 1995 the series 1100 with speeds up to 50 km / h, series 2000 series replaced in 1998 and 3000, in 2001 the entire range of tractors is equipped as standard with ABS; 2005 is the year Release Series tractors from 8000 to 8250 with an engine of 8.3 liter Cummins V-Tronic transmission, the 2006 engines from Cummins are present in 3200 and 3230 6.7 liter engine, 2155 and 2170 are launched in 2007, 2008 Series Release year 7000 - some of the best tractors on the market.

JCB Fastrac is the only tractor full suspension front / rear. Hence not only a comfort for operators and for equipment, but improved thrust without adding additional weight. Equal distribution of weight between the axles, reduce ground compaction and allows the development of the thrust.

Any vehicle capable of reaching speeds needs to be stopped in a safe maximum, is where JCB tractors, so all models are equipped with disc brakes. ABS offers unparalleled control in all conditions.

Fastrac 8250 features a color display with touch screen function, which gives the operator complete control of the tractor functions. Additional joystick buttons can be programmed via touch screen to meet user requirements. Touch screen allows selection of the operation according to the operation performed.

JCB Fastrac 8250 tractor performance

• torque of 1100 Nm at 65% of engine power gives huge tractor pulling power.

• full suspension system maximizes traction power, offering great stability.

• The bar offers maximum strength under all conditions.

• Distribute weight ratio of about 50/50 tires optimizes all four sides, reducing ground compaction and providing unmatched pulling power.

• The hydraulic pump has a flow up to 210 l / min and ensures optimal flow to enhance the performance of the equipment they work with.

Productivity

V-Tronic transmission provides optimal speed for each application. The joystick is programmable function groups to reduce operator fatigue to a minimum.

Control is easy and allows the operator to quickly obtain desired results, exploiting maximum tractor functions. 600 liters tank significantly increases the time between feeds for the tractor will not stay longer on the road than in the field.

Optionally, can be delivered with integrated front PTO operated by control panel for unparalleled precision.

Cabin

Color display with easy to understand icons, touch screen technology. Operator's seat is equipped with a cushion of air and can opt for heated seats. Console control arm chair offers comfort and a farmer. The cabin has panoramic views and a second passenger seat.

Optionally, the tractor cab can be equipped with heated windshield and mirrors in order to provide the best possible visibility, no matter how harsh the weather is working.

Maintenance costs

V-Tronic transmission automatically reduces engine speed to 1,800 rpm at 65 km / hour. Flexibility transmission reduces engine speed while speed remains constant. Oil pump oil pump only when needed, making power and fuel economy.

Intervals between revisions are 500 hours to 1000 hours engine and transmission, thus reducing maintenance costs.

INNOVATIONS

• only tractor in the world with full suspension front / rear;
• first tractor color touch screen;
• only tractor which can reach speeds up to 80 km / h, has continuously variable transmission (CVT) without speed: fuel consumption is reduced, allowing the engine to always operate efficiently;
• ABS braking system for maximum security is a necessity due to high speeds that can develop JCB Fastrac tractor.

British weekly Farmers Weekly has to work seven tractors of 100 hp to find strengths and weaknesses of each.

Thus, Case-IH CS 105 Pro: 101 HP (Make: St. Valentin, Austria), Deutz-Fahr Agrofarm 430: 109 hp (Treviglio, Italy), Fendt 310 Vario: 100 hp (Marktoberdorf, Germany), John Deere 5100R : 101 hp (Mannheim, Germany), Massey Ferguson 5445: 95 hp (Beauvais, France), New Holland: 106 hp (Jesi, Italy) and Valtra N92: 101 hp (Suolahti, Finland) were tested to work - plowing, harrowing, towing and loading, with the most famous European Institute of tractors DLG test, which measured engine power, torque, fuel consumption and noise power lifting.

At the request of the organizers, builders have sent all tractors equipped with one charger choice but to evaluate performance while operating tractors, not the charger. She missed the competition Claas, the manufacturer failed to send Axos model with Perkins engine tests and the new Arion 400 was not yet available.

To assess the real capabilities of the seven tractors were tested also cabins, seeking spaciousness, visibility and use of storage space inside the cabin were compared gearboxes on ease of handling, smoothness and responsiveness and number of steps and were checked thoroughly all orders. Finally, tested the brakes and ease of maintenance.

Results

Net winner was Fendt 310 Vario, which came first performance tests, functionality, comfort and consumption, but also ... price (the difference between the cheapest and the most expensive of the tractors tested was 27,000 euros) 4-cylinder Deutz engine which drives the moving average deployed over the other, while transmission was designated "could not be better for class. "

Case-IH CS 105 Pro received the highest score for ergonomics, quality construction and overall performance and good scores on all tests were obtained and JD 5100R and MF 5445.

So if you want a powerful tractor with good performance and are willing to spend a little more fuel, MF 5445 is a very attractive choice. If the main criterion is value for money, Deutz-Fahr and New Holland are undisputed competitors, and if you're looking for a good strong tractor at all, it is worth to consider the Valtra N92 model.
